Hello..my name is tommy (at least that's what my owner call me)..i am 2 years old..owh don't get me wrong, i'm not persian, im just domestic long hair...i am a litter trainned but i did spray here and there sometimes..well,that's to mark my territory,it's just my nature, i dont see anything wrong. my physical is big and my face look fierce, but im actually a coward.

i love outdoor but my owner seems afraid to let me out of my cage by myself...argh..my owner just dont understand me...i need FREEDOM..almost everynight, i was visited by other stray cats..i envy them..they got the freedom..but just recently i overheard that one cat died in front of the house and somebody said maybe it is because of the dog..owh..maybe that's why my owner dont let me going out by myself, its too dangerous...but still, i want to see the real world..i want to meet my other own species...yess..i need friends of my own species..anyone want to be my friend?

owh..did i tell you, that i just being castrated..im yet fully recovered...my owner said that's to reduce my habit- spraying here and there..i hope it works..

a good reminder

The smell of rain..it is so good, and the sound of chirping birds really remind me of Him. As early as 5 o'clock birds have started their day. Yes.5 oclock. They started making thier sound that always wake me up. Not just typical sound, they are zikir-ing i guess..non-stop..uh..while me?i'm still lying on my bed..how bad i am. Oh..their chirp is really a good reminder to me..

"Those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah, Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." (Ar-Ra'd:28)

the wedding

Saya rasa sungguh bertuah berpeluang melihat perkahwinan adik ipar macik saya yang menetap di Australia beberapa bulan lepas. Mmg best sbb perjalanan saya ke sana telah disponsor oleh macik dan pacik..im so lucky to have aunty and uncle like them!.

Macam mana macik saya yg kat Malaysia ni kenal ngan pacik saya kat Perth?Saya rasa tak perlulah saya cerita.Itula yg dikatakan jodoh.

Ok. Back to my journey, saya tak pergi sorang2, tapi ditemani oleh 2 org lagi adik saya. Nampaknye saya jadi leader dlm journey ni.Byk gile barang kiteorg bawak. 3 luggages+ 3boxes. Don’t get me wrong. Huh, nasib baik tak kene rampas masa kat airport. Macik saya banyak kali pesan airport dkat Ausie ni mmg strict. She said, if ever they want to take anything during inspection, let them take it, don’t argue, or you will be in trouble.

Well, since mereka ni berasal dari Melaka, preparation for the wedding very much macam kat Malaysia. In fact, they even bought bunga telur and bunga manggar from Malaysia. See, even at Australia, mereka masih mengamalkan gotong-royong.

Diorang cakap if ade function macamni jela orang2 Melayu dapat berkumpul.

Thank you Allah

Never could I imagine, in just a blink of an eye, my atok’s life has changed tremendously. He got stroke and paralyzed half of his body. He couldn‘t do his routine without the help of others. Last time, during problem based learning (we used to call it PBL), I had learned about this disease, but I couldn’t be much bothered plus nothing much absorbed in my head. Having to look after my atok for about 3 weeks has taught me a lot of things. Most importantly, I started to realize how I should be more grateful being given a good health. Alhamdulillah. Just imagine, one moment you can eat whatever you want by yourself, another moment you need to eat only liquid via rest tube. Even so, my atok’s situation is not as bad as other people who suffered other kind of diseases. At least he had been given opportunity to enjoy good health previously.

During my clinical practice just recently, I happened to meet this 4 year-old, cute girl but helpless who has blood clot in the brain due to involved in a car accident 2 years ago and consequently unable to walk and talk. What a pity. Another patient was a boy who is only 14 but has suffered brain tumor. While there are so many people suffered incurable diseases but still grateful and strong enough to continue their life, we who are healthy, keep complaining why we are too skinny, or too fat, or so fair or so dark, or whatever things that we do not satisfy about ourselves. How ungrateful we are. Astaraghfirullah. Sometimes, we forgot that being healthy is a nikmat until it is taken away…

It reminds me a song entitled Demi Masa by Raihan ;

Ingat 5 perkara, sebelum 5 perkara,
Sihat sebelum sakit,
Muda sebelum Tua
Kaya sebelum Miskin,
Lapang sebelum Sempit,
Hidup sebelum Mati

Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give." (Al-Mulk: 23)
